    100% sponsorship for the lifetime membership is offered to the suitable photography enthusiasts once every year starting 2008.    
         
    eligibility-    
    1. should be an active member of the photography group DFC for atleast one year.  http://www.flickr.com/groups/dfc/

2. Should not be aged over 35

3. Should not be able to afford the course fee otherwise. If not independant, economic family background will be considered.

4. Needs to submit a portfolio of work with a write up.

5.Should have basic knowledge of photography.

6. Not necessary to pursue photography as a career but dedication towards the subject is must.

7. The finalist will be decided by a panel
